Don't Sleep, LLC ("Don't Sleep," "we") runs dontsleepenergy.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you bought.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Email sign-ups: your email address, if you join the Don't Sleep Mob or ask to be notified about a restock.
• Stay Up Mahjong: your game and win streak, kept in your browser and on our server under a random ID (not your name). If you claim a discount code, the email you enter, and a scrambled form of your internet address so codes can't be farmed.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.
• Your cart and shipping address: saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. They aren't sent to us until you check out.

Why we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including receipts and tracking emails.
• To send marketing emails, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), EasyPost and our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS and FedEx), and Resend (order and tracking emails). We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.

When you check out, your shipping address goes to EasyPost and the carriers to price your shipping. For orders shipping to Virginia, it's also checked with the U.S. Census Bureau's free address lookup to find the right local sales tax rate.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing[email protected]. We keep order records as long as the law requires for taxes and accounting.

Kids

Our products and site aren't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
